This is an interesting face and neck massager, and when I say "interesting," I mean interesting in the best way possible. What fascinates me about it (and this is different that other face and neck massagers I have tried up until now,) is that it senses your skin touching it and automatically starts the vibrations up when you do so, I think that is such a great feature. The vibrations are fairly intense, (and I mean that in a good way also). The light stip is pretty narrow, and I don't know if …the lights used are actually effective. Nor do I know what they are actually for. You can scroll through three choices, Green, Red and Blue. The green is supposedly supposed to be for "deep cleaning" your skin, I've not heard of green light doing that before, so this level is a leap of faith for me. Red light is supposed to stimulate collagen production in your skin. I have other red light devices and this one looks more of an orange-red in color, so i'm not entirely sure about it. The blue light they describe as the "Heat" setting, and you do feel it warm up a touch on that setting. Overall I think this is pretty good. Any device involving light therapy, you are taking on faith that it is built to be effective and not just visually giving that impression, so I cannot say for sure that that works, but I know that the vibration on this, which is good, is probably good, and the heat seems good for sure to me as well. I think because this is lower in price than the more expensive similar facial vibration and light devices out there, it is probably worth a try if you are on a budget , but still would like to work a tool like this into your skincare routine. (One last thing to mention, it does make a loud beeping noise every time you push the button to change the mode. I don't like that because if I go to bed later than my husband, and I want to use this, he might hear it. )
